TDF Conversations: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on Broadway

On March 18, 2022, Bliss spoke on a panel for Theatre Development Fund’s TDF Conversations online series, “Diversity Equity, and Inclusion on Broadway.” The panel brought together DEI leaders Chloe Beck, Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at MOULIN ROUGE! The Musical; Christina Alexander, Director of Social Responsibility at WICKED; and Bliss Griffin, Diversity & Inclusion Strategist at Actors' Equity Association for a thoughtful and honest conversation about what they do, why they do it, and things all arts organizations can do right now to start the process of becoming more inclusive.
